Description:
As the General Manager at alist.ae, you'll play a critical role in steering our company's strategic direction and driving commercial success. This position offers a unique blend of financial oversight, sales strategy, and operational management responsibilities. We're seeking a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth. You will oversee all day-to-day operations, with a focus on optimizing efficiency, increasing market share, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial and Sales Management: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute financial and sales strategies aligned with our growth objectives. Monitor financial and sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to drive profitability and revenue growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational functions, including production and quality control. Implement processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire sales and operations teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for revenue growth. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of our strategic vision and long-term goals. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and industry best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in sales and commercial management.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and sales strategy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
