Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join their leadership team. This full-time role is based in Dubai, with travel to Saudi Arabia as required. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing business performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
·       Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and performance targets.
·       Review, update, and optimize company processes.
·       Develop and execute strategies to grow the company’s footprint in the UAE and KSA markets.
·       Identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and secure contracts with high-value clients.
·       Collaborate with the marketing team to position the company as a leader in the live events industry.
·       Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build a robust client pipeline.
·       Lead the internal recruitment process for full-time employees, ensuring the selection of top talent.
·       Develop and execute strategies for talent retention, engagement, and professional development for the company and its clients.
·       Collaborate with the CEO to drive business performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
·       Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
·       Monitor financial performance, report on key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
·       Manage budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Required Skills and Experience
·       Minimum 10 years proven experience in leading and managing teams within the events space.
·       Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets and driving financial performance.
