Description:
The German Speaking Telemarketing Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and driving revenue growth through outbound calls to potential clients in German-speaking markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients in German-speaking regions to generate sales leads and close sales
• Present and promote Kuppon’s platform offerings to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits
• Follow up with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies and campaigns targeted at German-speaking markets
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position Kuppon’s solutions
Qualifications:
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
• Proven experience in outbound and inbound telemarketing or telesales is a must, preferably within the software or technology sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to effectively pitch products to potential clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• High level of self-motivation, energy, and a positive attitude
