Prepare and submit visa applications to the appropriate government agencies or embassies, adhering to all required procedures and timelines.

Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and regulations across various countries.

Provide continuous support to clients throughout the visa application process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Liaise with government officials, embassies, and consulates to track application progress and resolve any issues that may arise.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, applications, and outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve visa application processes and enhance customer service.

Keep clients informed about the status of their applications, including any additional steps required.

Assist with the development and delivery of informational workshops or seminars on visa-related topics.

Ensure strict confidentiality of client information and sensitive documents.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree.

Proven experience in immigration services, visa consulting, or a related field is a strong asset.

In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, and application processes for various countries.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and applications.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.
