Hiring Governance and Assurance Specialist / Manager
Job Type: Contract
- Purpose of the team is to monitor key Sourcing related activities and ensure they adhere to procedural requirements
- Scope of the assurance activity covers PR raising to PO issue
- Although some basic elements for review are already in flight (subject areas, frequency and methods of review), the applicant should consider this greenfield
- Sourcing systems and Procedures are in place from which the Assurance activity will derive from
- Will work closely with the Data & Analytics team for Reporting extracts and Power.BI data visualization
- The FTE within their team (Governance & Assurance Senior Specialist) will focus on Procurement Audit activity and will act as 2IC
- Required to publish reporting output to impacted teams and drive remediation activity where/when required
- Part of the Governance & Assurance team (Sourcing specifically)
- Reports into ‘Governance & Assurance Manager’
- Purpose of the role is to monitor Sourcing related activities and ensure they adhere to procedural requirements
- Scope of the assurance activity covers PR raising to PO issue
- Will work with the G&A team to define the specifics of the assurance activity (e.g. areas of focus, methods of review, frequency of review etc.)
- Will be a mix of desk top based and face-face based assurance processe
