Description:
We are actively looking for a passionate visual merchandising graduate who can support in delivery of permanent Visual Merchandising projects in the Middle East across Coty Consumer Beauty brands portfolio.
- Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Planogramming – Global and Local units – liaising with brand and merch managers on perfect planogrammes design and execution
- Brand Equity - liaise between brand teams, global teams, agencies to receive and distribute correct visual content and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in the market from visuals and artwork pov - new, translations, expiry, videos, local sensitivity.
- Ownership and updates of distribution tracker – liaising with the BUs, distributors and trade teams on the latest updates and correct details
- Global Units - orders management – liaising with the BUs and Trade Teams and global suppliers
- Global kits, EMB – orders management – liaising with the BUs and Trade Teams and global suppliers
- Creating presentations for toolkits deployment.
- Installations follow up and reporting.
- Maintenance support and guidance.
- Market visits + reporting.
- Corporate events set-up.
- Personal Skills
- Leadership and drive – Assist in leading internal teams, agencies, and suppliers in delivery of all brands visual merch content on time and in best quality
- Collaboration - Manage relations and approvals between key stakeholders within Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing.
- Quality Control - Supervise production of suppliers and sign off of visual content prior to installations. Ensure brand quality through training/partnership with suppliers.
- Organization - Manage planning, database, implementations of updates in the region
- Operating with excellence - Disciplined and structured in project tracking.
- Coordinate with Distributors/retailers the installations of permanent POS based on regionally provided design specifications and timings.
- Build relationship with distributors/retailers to ensure smooth negotiations at all times, quick response time in case of critical requirements.
- CPS management - Manage and educate internal teams, distributors and suppliers on project delivery lead times. Challenge suppliers on tight lead time delivery.
- Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, merchandising, graphic design, and visual design or relevant majors
- Having an understanding of trade/category management, In-Store/retail knowledge is a plus
- Eye for detail and aesthetics
- Creative problem solving
- Team player with a strong drive of project delivery
- PM is a very dynamic role. A Can-Do attitude is mandatory.
- Strong project management skills and action oriented.
- Data analytics skills in project management is a plus.
- Computer literacy: PTT, Excel.
- Ability to read and approve CAD technical drawings is a plus
- The role will require time spent in the stores and at suppliers’ factories – driving license and a car is a plus.
