Graphic Design Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated and talented Graphic Design and Social Media Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity with marketing strategies, as you'll be responsible for producing captivating visual content and managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for various marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, website banners, email newsletters, and print collateral.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

3. Assist in the creation and execution of social media content calendars, including drafting engaging captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics.

4. Curate relevant and visually appealing content from various sources to share across social media platforms, keeping our audience informed and entertained.

5. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage with our audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

6. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to inform design and social media strategies.

7. Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries, ensuring that all files are properly labeled, organized, and accessible.

8. Provide support for other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled or graduated in a degree program related to graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with basic photography and video editing principles is a plus.

- Previous experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Monday) is a plus.
