Description:
As a Graphics Design Supervisor, you will lead and work closely with the team of graphic designers working across different disciplines. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders in the Marketing department to drive the delivery of compelling print content strategically crafted to elevate our brand, engage our customers, and drive sales.
The successful candidate must be extremely creative, possess an innovation mindset, and be truly committed to taking our brand to the next level.
Key Responsibilities areas
- Lead the development, design direction, layout and style across all brochure, catalogue and print media output for the business
- Act as the product expert on the +20,000 products carried by SANIPEXGROUP – own brands and partner brands – across multiple categories to ensure high level of accuracy for all product-related brochure content
- Own the SANIPEXGROUP image library, with key responsibility to source images from brand partners and ensure all in-house photography is edited to a high standard
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new creative ideas that take the brand forward in line with business objectives and targets
- Liaise with global partner brands to develop partner-specific content, source images and obtain key information to ensure accurate delivery to brief
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions across the design team and Marketing functions
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all output is aligned with brand guidelines
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
- Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with high quality creative output
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Execute all duties in accordance to Sanipex Group’s Environment & Quality Policies
- Any other duties as assigned by department head.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in art, design and/or similar creative fields
- A minimum of 10 years of experience
- Expertise in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
- Excellent creative and strategic thinking competencies
- Detail oriented and obsessed with design excellence
- Exceptional competency in verbal and written English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
