Description:
We are looking for a professional graphic designer to join our growing team. A candidate should be creative and have at least three years of Dubai Real Estate industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, craft, and execute concepts for existing projects and off-plan projects based on the brief provided by Account Managers and the direction provided by the senior leadership
- Understand the client's goals and objectives and ensure that design creatives convey the right message and aid the same
- Create and design visuals across a wide range of online and offline channels
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Copywriters in the creative brainstorming process
- Create in-brand layouts and experiences by applying graphic design principles such as color, typography, the photographic selection that create a compelling and visually attractive story for audiences
- Define outlines and storyboards for animations or video (identifying the range of assets to be used, the story to be told)
- Ensure design is in line with the brief and free of any errors. Check for proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
- Research and identify trends in design and contribute towards knowledge sharing and up-skilling of the design team
Requirements
- 3+ years of Dubai Real Estate work experience working for brands and a strong portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Previous Dubai Real Estate agency experience
- Strong grasp of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and InDesign
- Motion graphics knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of websites, e-mailings, landings, campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, etc. is a must
- Strong grasp of social media space
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
- Well organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines
- Have a sense of teamwork, and want to be part of a group of colleagues who take care of themselves, value themselves, and respect each other.
