We are looking to hire Graphic Designer to join our Pharmaceutical company - Metromed in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in creation and strong in communication skills. This candidate will have experience in providing support to the sales and marketing team by identifying complex design problems such as the design concept, appropriate size to suit a purpose and a budget cost, anticipating production issues, developing alternatives, suggesting options and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supports the strategic planning of all promotional marketing and sales initiatives with creative solutions.
• Assist the Digital Manager and Brand Managers to support them on the concepts for marketing materials.
• Design imagery to support distribution department, including visuals for e-Commerce and retailers.
• Design imagery to support internal communication including business card, presentation template and corporate presentation
• Submitting options of the design to the marketing team that they could make evaluated decision.
• Adjusting marketing materials of brand owners accordingly with Trading Sector companies branding guidelines.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Management of Trading Sector brands image library.

Qualifications

• Supreme knowledge of design programs (including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Knowledge on methods of fabrication for marketing, branding and event material (Paper quality, finishing stage etc…)
• Developed visual sense and understanding of artwork composition and design concepts.
• Knowledge on social media imagery standards and resolutions.
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
• Driving license is preferred.
