Graphic Designer

Description:

We are looking for a creative graphic designer that can take conceptual ideas & create visual representations for our online business. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software & skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams within the business, the graphic designer should be able to take direction from written & spoken ideas & convert them into a design that connects with our customer.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Producing engaging & conceptual content for all marketing channels, onsite content & campaigns
• Collaborate, brainstorm & strategize with internal teams on ideas & converting these into designs that connects to our customers
• Producing the visual identity strategy for Apothecabeauty.com
• Creating brand guidelines to be used for all content being created for Apothecabeauty.com
• Develop visual concepts for all sales & promotional activity in line with marketing trade calendar
• Managing all retouching for any content created

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Extensive working experience & knowledge in graphic design, art or similar discipline
• Exceptional creativity & innovative design skills
• Experience with design software including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Organizational & time management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 & JavaScript
• Proficiency with photo editing software
• Past experience working for a beauty brand
