Description:
We seek a highly organized Graphic Designer with a strong enthusiasm for visual elements in branding, corporate identity visualization, conceptualization, and creation who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency and technical expertise in print media, including corporate identities, brand guidelines, flyers, leaflets, brochures, reports, stationeries, presentations, newsletters, and other printed materials will also be advantageous. Knowledge in digital communications such as websites, e-newsletters, and Keynote, as well as exhibition graphics, both large and small scales, would also be valuable.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a comparable area of study
- Outstanding creative abilities and a flair for innovative design with excellent time management skills.
- More than 5 years of experience using design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and similar programs, in both academic and professional contexts.
- Proven track record in graphic design with an impressive portfolio of high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional presentation abilities.
- Accountable for designing, conceptualizing & creating artworks, and producing all work that leaves the creative studio.
- Responsible for liaising with external clients to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of creative work that is well-aligned with the brief.
- In charge of implementing and organizing the design and brand appearance on multiple platforms, as and when required.
- Possesses a solid understanding of design and production procedures to question design requirements and address design issues.
- Comprehend design briefs and identify needs to generate visual concepts, and then create a preliminary design of artwork and text, considering the aesthetic layout, dimensions, font style, and other relevant artistic principles.
- Adapt graphics for various platforms such as social media, banners, flyers, etc. to enhance their performance.
- Archive and organize the open or final editable files of all current and completed work for easy access and convenient future reuse.
- Produce final graphics that meet visual standards and brand guidelines with minimal supervision.
- Design and develop diverse materials for both print and digital collateral.
- Meet project deadlines and follow up on requirements as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Manage and give prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- Create and design crucial branding materials for businesses such as business cards and presentations.
- Generate infographics, dashboards, and informative content. Ensure accuracy and high-quality work through thorough proofreading.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain the company's appearance and style. Prepare production files for printed and produced items.
- Stay up to date with the latest and most effective practices in graphic design.
