Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop visually appealing designs for various marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations.
- Create and maintain brand consistency across all design assets, adhering to brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Use graphic design software and tools to bring ideas to life, incorporating typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking to improve design quality and innovation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of design work.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
