Hiring Graphic Designer (Arabic Speaker)
OPS is seeking a talented and versatile Freelance/Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in graphic design and a passion for visual storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for various marketing and communication materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, presentations, and website banners.
- Produce high-quality video edits, incorporating motion graphics and visual effects as needed.
- Create original illustrations and visual concepts to support marketing campaigns and brand identity.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design solutions.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills, including video editing, illustration, and graphic design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ownership of necessary equipment (laptop, software, etc.).
- 6 hours per day, 5 days a week..working hours within Dubai office time zone
- Willingness to come to the office once a week for team meetings and collaboration.
Candidate must have their own valid UAE residency visa and Emirate ID card.
