Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with locating products and answering their inquiries.
- Restock and organize shelves to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including sweeping and mopping.
- Bag and pack groceries for customers at the checkout.
- Operate cash registers and process customer payments accurately.
- Handle customer concerns, returns, and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any low stock or damaged products.
- Follow company policies and procedures for food safety and hygiene.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments of goods.
