Description:
As the Group CFO for LINKVIVA, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial strategy, management and operations of our organization in both the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic financial planning across both regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the LINKVIVAs goals and objectives.
- Provide financial guidance to the executive team, making informed recommendations on financial performance and improvements.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee all financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports are prepared in accordance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
- Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Treasury and Cash Management:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity for the group, optimizing working capital.
- Establish strong banking relationships and manage debt financing.
- Tax and Compliance:
- Ensure tax compliance and optimization of tax strategies in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Stay current with local tax laws and regulations.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Mentor and guide finance professionals across different locations.
- Mergers and Acquisitions:
- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or investment opportunities, conducting due diligence as needed.

About You:
- You are an experienced financial leader with a proven track record of success.
- You possess strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
- You are up-to-date with financial trends and regulations in the UAE and KSA, and you have a deep understanding of financial management within the events and experiential industry.
- You are proficient in budget planning, risk management, and financial reporting.
Your application will be stronger if:
- 10+ years of relevant financial leadership experience.
- A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East.
- A valid driving license.
- Fluent written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
