What you will be doing…

Creative Campaigns, Collaborations and Partnerships:

o Consistently create and explore new creative collaboration opportunities with influencers and other brands as a means of increasing brand awareness, recall and brand authority in given markets.

o Communicate with influencers and other brands to organise and manage collaborations end-to-end.

o Work with the Group Marketing Manager on developing campaign concepts, receiving and implementing feedback to ensure communication and creatives are on-brand.

 

Brand Asset Creation & Maintenance:

o Conceptualise shoot plans and scripts from scratch, with for various goals such as brand storytelling, conversion, and more.

o Plan, coordinate, and direct internal photo and video shoots.

o Liaise with the photographer and videographer to ensure high-quality assets throughout the content creation process.

o Executing video post-production independently and in collaboration with the videographer and marketing executive.

o Oversee the maintenance and organisation of content banks, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and easily accessible.

 

Brand Communications:

o Develop and manage daily social media content creation, including posts, stories, and interactive content, for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.

o Write engaging copy for social channels, campaign communications, creative briefs, and other promotional materials.

 

Maintain a Learning & Collaborative Mindset:

o Develop a deep understanding of the brands and their industry, industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketplace dynamics.

o Proactively bring forth creative ideas, strategies, and solutions for the brands.

o Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to streamline and improve current processes, explore different marketing approaches, develop creative campaigns, and more.

o Work with the marketing executive to help them support additional content creation for bigger-scale campaigns.

 

Skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a creative or account management role, preferably within the adventure, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing content and communication strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools etc).
  • Past work showcasing your designs work, video creation, and writing abilities
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
