Description:

Duties and Responsibilities
❖ Manage viewings at Blueground properties for prospective clients or partners. Providing them
information about amenities, areas and promote services.
❖ Coordinate crews and partners to carry out maintenance, repairs, and cleaning in a seamless fashion
ensuring that Blueground guests receive a smooth and excellent experience.
❖ Manage important paperwork and carry out general administration tasks.
❖ Meet, greet & interact with our guests, perform check-in to our properties according to business
standards. Ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay
or discomfort to any guest.
❖ Serve as a bridge between the customer experience team and our beloved guests.
❖ Eyes and ears inside the apartments, the first to look and spot mistakes and issues.
❖ Support existing customer relationships by managing incoming calls and e-mails and handling appropriate
follow-up processes.
❖ Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
❖ Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes.
