Guest Service Agent
Job Requirements:
- Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
- To be familiar and able to operate all office equipment such as computers, fax machines, photocopies, key-card system, telephones etc.
- To provide a willing, warm and timely response to all guests requests.
- To provide a professional image through appearance, behavior and punctuality following the company policy of hygiene and grooming.
- To maintain a discreet and confidential attitude to all guests information.
- To apply guest contact skills, such as telephone manners, maintaining eye contact and using guests name.
- To maintain discrete and confidential attitude, with regards to rates, sales strategies and source of bookings.
Qualification and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- 1 year experience in a similar role and be passionate.
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Opera system and previous hotel experience would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go beyond to meet customer needs.
