Description:

  • Meet Targets and Objectives: Strive to meet and exceed set targets and objectives while adhering to established work schedules and budgets.
  • Participate in Daily Briefings: Engage in daily briefings to ensure a thorough understanding of apartment statuses, enabling us to provide guests with the most up-to-date information and service.
  • Report Incidents Promptly: Immediately report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to the appropriate managers to ensure swift resolution and maintain a safe environment.
  • Maintain Professional Appearance: Present yourself with a clean and professional appearance at all times, ensuring that uniforms and personal grooming meet company standards.
  • Ensure Confidentiality: Safeguard proprietary information and maintain confidentiality in all interactions, respecting the privacy of guests and colleagues alike.
  • Protect Company Assets: Take responsibility for the protection of company assets, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
  • Assist Individuals with Disabilities: Offer assistance to individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have equal access to our services and facilities.
  • Communicate Clearly: Use clear and professional language in all communications, whether speaking in person, over the phone, or in written correspondence.
  • Telephone Etiquette: Answer telephones promptly and courteously, adhering to established etiquette standards to provide a positive experience for callers.
  • Build Positive Relationships: Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and guests alike, contributing to a harmonious and supportive team environment.
  • Support Common Goals: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals, offering assistance and encouragement where needed to ensure collective success.

Qualifications :

  • Customer Service Experience specifically in Hospitality field. Experience working at Holiday Homes is a plus.
  • Has valid UAE driver's license and own car.
  • Communicating in English lanuage is mandatory and any additional languages commonly spoken can be advantageous for enhancing guest experiences and facilitating communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks, reservation management, and guest interactions.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Local Area.
  • Awareness and respect for cultural differences, ensuring interactions with guests and colleagues are inclusive and culturally sensitive.
