Description:

· Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically when dealing with a wide range of people.
Other requirements:
· Highly fluent in English. Bilingual is a plus
· Available to work in shifts, on weekends & public holidays
· Position reports to Floor Supervisor
· Provide the best possible service to customers while performing all the required functions to safely operate all attractions
· Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with issues and questions
· Daily inspection to check for any malfunctions before opening to the public
· Identify and escalate any repairs to the Floor Supervisor promptly
· Follow safety procedures all the time
· Educate customers about the policies and protocols that they need to follow during their stay at the facility
· Respond to emergency situations effectively and report any accidents to the Floor Supervisor in a timely manner
· Act as a Party Host for a special event including set-up, clean-up, entertaining customers, and meeting any additional needs as requested
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
