Experience

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Entertainment/Leisure

· A passion for sports and adrenaline-based activities is highly important.

Professional and Personal Skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Must be a people person demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude

· Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure

· Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically when dealing with a wide range of people.

Other requirements

· Highly fluent in English. Bilingual is a plus

· Available to work in shifts, on weekends & public holidays
