Description:
To ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the Maintenance Department in relation to the Company Core Process; thus directly impacting the opening of the Leisure Facility, delivering the experience and closing the Leisure Facility.
This position involves operation & maintenance of all system related equipment & devices. Conduct troubleshooting & repairs, performs analysis of equipment failures and recommends a course of re-design/action in conjustion with the Maintenance Department (Engineering). Planning and execution of the system related Preventative Maintenance (PM) program and will manages system engineer team & is actively involved in preparing and managing in the annual maintenance, expenses and capex budget; meet divisional goals and metrics & ensure safety health, and environmental matters are followed and adhered to.
Job Scope:
- Identify all System related equipment, locations & parts then established/plan Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Corrective Maintenance (CM).
- Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, report & status of all system related equipment & devices.
- Re-order parts, check & conduct inventory, prepares reports & updates.
- Overall long term planning for system related equipment & devices, shutdown, overhaul and annual maintenance including Non Destructive Testing and 3rd party inspections.
- Resource planning.
- Integration, commissioning and training of existing and new system related equipment & devices.
- Maintain and improve PM plans existing and new equipment & devices.
- Ensure proper inventory levels for spare parts for all system related equipment & devices.
- Check manuals & review drawings as submitted for any system related equipment & devices.
- Ensure that proper equipment/devices Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/on the job training program is followed and updated as necessary.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as a tool to improved maintenance practices and provide necessary input to improve processes and procedures.
- Cooperation with Engineering to constantly improve system related equipment & devices performance.
- Stays updated on industry trends and shares information with the team through briefings, discussions and activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Electro-Mechanical or related courses
- Maximum of 6 working years of technical role/support in hotel, theme parks/hospitality or construction company
- 5-6 years in a technical/support role
- Minimum of five years’ work experience in theme park/hospitality or hotel
- Technically sound & well-experienced in electrical/electronic field
- Prior experience in leading a small to mid-sized maintenance team
- Technical knowledge & experience able to read or interpret drawings/diagrams
- Has good analytical & troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fun, and busy environment managing multiple deadlines, task & projects.
