Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and innovative Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations, menu development, and food quality. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pakistani cuisine and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
• Develop and implement menus that showcase Pakistani cuisine
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and waste control
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve business goals
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a Pakistani restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani cuisine and cooking techniques
• Proven track record of menu development and kitchen management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food safety and hygiene certification
