Head Event Manager

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and resourceful Head Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of Changer Club’s flagship events in Dubai and across Europe and the Middle East. The role is hands-on, strategic, and integral to creating memorable, high-impact experiences for our members.

What You’ll Do:

•⁠ Event Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning of major events, from intimate VIP dinners to large conferences, ensuring every detail aligns with Changer Club’s brand and member expectations.

•⁠ ⁠Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key stakeholders, including high-profile speakers, luxury venues, and service providers, to ensure a flawless guest experience.

•⁠ ⁠Budget & Logistics: Oversee all event logistics, timelines, and budgets, maintaining a balance between creativity and cost control without sacrificing quality.

•⁠ ⁠Marketing Coordination: Partner with our marketing team to promote events, driving attendance and engagement through targeted campaigns and member outreach.

•⁠ ⁠Post-Event Analysis: Measure event success through detailed evaluations, gathering member feedback to refine and improve future events continuously.

Who You Are:

•⁠ ⁠Proven Event Manager: You have a strong track record of planning and executing high-end events, preferably for HNWIs, luxury brands, or within the finance/investment sectors.

•⁠ ⁠Experienced in the Region: Knowledge of the Middle Eastern and European markets, with direct experience managing events across these regions.

•⁠ ⁠Master Organizer: You have exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects at once, always keeping an eye on the details.

•⁠ ⁠Relationship Builder: You’re a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with high-net-worth individuals, partners, and suppliers.

•⁠ ⁠Budget-Savvy: You can deliver premium experiences within budget constraints, maintaining high standards of execution.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English: Additional language skills are a bonus, especially in Arabic, French, or German.
