A market leading and well-funded crypto platform is looking to hire a Channel Operations Manager to drive the revenue through optimising operations via partnerships, exchanges, distribution networks, and more. The platform enjoys a strong reputation on the market and aims to provide its users with the most secure and private transactions possible, and has features that attracts both newcomers and experience traders alike. They have a very international team based in impressive offices in Dubai, and already partner with some impressive names in the crypto space and beyond.

In this position you will be the key point of contact for all Channel Partners on commercial, legal, compliance, and operational points. The key to this position is to really understand how the partners work with the platform, and enhance this in order to grow revenues. You will need to collaborate effectively with colleagues from across the business to provide excellent customer service whilst maintaining a commercial mindset.

For this position you will need to have strong professional experience in the crypto sector, with a track record of successful relationship management and revenue growth. You will have excellent Crypto, Blockchain, and Web-3 knowledge with a track record in commercial success in this environment. English is the spoken language in the business and first-class communication skills are a must.
