We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Commercial to lead our commercial strategy for our innovative hospitality SaaS product. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development within the hospitality or technology sectors. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, establish key partnerships, and enhance our market position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

 

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to inform product development and sales initiatives.

 

Sales Management:

  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive accountability and success.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, qualification, and closing processes.

 

Marketing Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that enhance brand awareness and attract target customers.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.

 

Business Development:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality providers.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts to expand the customer base and revenue streams.

 

Customer Success:

  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and service improvements.

 

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Manage the commercial budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably within the SaaS, technology, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully scaling businesses.
