Looking for a talented and experienced individual for the role of Head of CPD (Continuous Professional Development) for a group of schools (5) in the United Arab Emirates. The schools are a part of a wider project based in Dubai, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah.

We are seeking a Head of CPD with the following:

• Minimum University Degree in Education or a similar field
• Professional Teaching Qualification
• Formal training/coaching qualification
• Successful experience in professional development
• 3 years minimum experience as a CPD coordinator or head of the dept.
• 5 years minimum experience as an effective teacher
• Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, integrity, the strength of character, and perseverance
• Interculturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills aligned with administrative, organizational, and ICT skills
• Innovative, highly motivated, resourceful, flexible, self-starter
• Outgoing and enthusiastic
• Strong work ethic
• Committed to ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
• Experienced in developing and monitoring strategy
