Madison Pearl is currently working with one of the leading banks in the region to help them hire their new Head of Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- The effective creation, application, and optimization of all-encompassing digital marketing strategies that lead to the achievement or exceeding of predetermined KPIs, ROI objectives, and an increase in brand visibility.
- Supervise and manage all digital material, make sure the website is adequately SEO-optimized, and use analytics to gauge the effectiveness of the content
- Monitor new developments in technology, assess fresh equipment, and promote the use of digital tools.
- Take the helm of the digital marketing strategy across all platforms and channels to promote brand recognition, client acquisition and retention, and company expansion.
- Improving online customer experiences that increase customer satisfaction and lifetime value while keeping up with market and industry trends to preserve a competitive edge.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in Marketing/Business Administration.
- 15 years of experience with the last 5 years being in a leadership position.
- Previous experience with a Bank/Financial Institution/FMCG/Advertising Agency.
