Description:
The E-commerce senior manager will oversee Damas’ e-commerce P&L, and business growth drivers to fulfil e-commerce business strategies. This role will coordinate with internal stakeholders and team cross-functionally to reach its objectives.
This role will be reporting to the MarCom & Creative Director
Principle Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy to achieve business objectives
- Oversee and manage all activities in relation to website performance: assortment, price, stock, last mile, UX, UI, services, performance marketing, CRM
- Work with developers to improve website and e-com experience
- Analyse various data in order to deliver data-driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
- Oversee email marketing, affiliates, SEO and work with digital communication across PPC, Display
- Develop a content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
- Report on performance and develop data leverage strategies and enhance reporting and data usage
- Develop CRM and data strategies covering acquisition, conversion, win-back and cleaning processes.
- Set and manage the department’s budget
- Manage a team, including CRM
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement. Be up to date with digital trends, customer behaviour, innovative solutions
Qualification & Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing an e-commerce business and driving growth
- Experience in handling an e-commerce P&L
- Experience in managing all activities from the upper funnel to the last mile
- Experience in cross-functional project and team management
- Luxury/ retail experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools
- Experience in project management across departments and vendors
