Currently partnered with a leading global events company who is looking for a talented Head of Exhibition Sales manage a high performing team, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional results for a leading event in Abu Dhabi. Your responsibilities will include strategic floorplan management, effective leadership, and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.

 

Role and responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring clear communication.
  • Effectively manage expectations regarding space availability and deliver a high standard of service.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing clear guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Encourage team success while balancing individual performance needs.
  • Drive onsite and post-event rebooking efforts to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage a high volume of client inquiries, ensuring timely and organized responses.
  • Work seamlessly with the marketing team on an as-needed basis, ensuring aligned efforts.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in exhibition sales, managing high-profile accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of varying performance levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in floorplan management and advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
