Description:

Responsible for providing strategic financial direction and leveraging Management Information Systems (MIS) expertise. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial management, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the effective integration of MIS tools for data-driven decision-making processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Financial Strategy and Planning with MIS Integration:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, incorporating MIS tools for strategic decision-making.

- Utilize MIS data for in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on MIS-driven analytics.

 

2. MIS Integration and Financial Systems Management:

- Oversee the integration and optimization of MIS tools within the financial systems.

- Ensure seamless communication between financial systems and MIS platforms.

- Leverage MIS capabilities to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

 

3. Financial Reporting and MIS Analytics:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, incorporating MIS analytics for enhanced insights.

- Develop and customize MIS reports to meet the information needs of various stakeholders.

- Implement dashboards and reporting tools for real-time financial insights.

 

4. Cash Management with MIS Support:

- Optimize working capital using MIS data and analytics for effective treasury management.

- Implement MIS tools for accurate cash flow forecasting and financial liquidity management.

 

5. Risk Management with MIS Integration:

- Identify and assess financial risks, leveraging MIS for data-driven risk analysis.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, utilizing MIS for monitoring and reporting.

 

6. Audit and Compliance with MIS Documentation:

- Coordinate external audits, integrating MIS data for audit trail documentation.

- Utilize MIS tools to enhance compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

 

8. Strategic Planning with MIS Insights:

- Collaborate with the executive team in setting strategic financial goals, leveraging MIS insights.

- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall business strategy, informed by MIS data.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role

- Strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS) integration within finance.
