Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Design and manage a high-caliber sales team, establishing clear objectives to surpass sales goals and drive competitive performance.
- Business Development Excellence: Lead the discovery and development of new business avenues, expanding our market presence and boosting revenue.
- Market Penetration: Direct our expansion into new markets, including managing our representation at top industry expos and cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Client Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract and maintain a dedicated client base through superior relationship management.
- Global Mobility: Regular travel to Dubai and other strategic locations is essential to ensure alignment of global strategies with local execution.
Qualifications
- A solid track record in a senior sales leadership role, demonstrated by substantial business growth and achievement of significant revenue targets.
- Expert strategic and analytical abilities, with the foresight to anticipate market trends and the decisiveness to act swiftly.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with exceptional communication skills to effectively lead diverse teams and manage international client relations.
- Adaptable to a hybrid work model with readiness for frequent international travel, especially to Dubai.
