Our client is a leading hospitality group looking for a head of HR Operations. The company has doubled its headcount over the last year and consequently HR has had to support a lot of quick growth and there is now the requirement for a new Head of HR Shared Services as they strive to offer HR operational excellence. There is the need for better automation, reporting, and to drive improvement to processes around onboarding, data and reporting. They also have a new payroll roll out. The role will have two direct reports and you will be working across a close-knit HR team. There is huge scope to drive improvements.
