Sharjah International Private School is looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Math for the Primary level. The ideal candidate will lead our primary math department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, curriculum development, and the professional growth of our teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the primary math department.
• Develop and implement engaging and effective math programs and curricula.
• Support and mentor teachers in delivering high-quality instruction.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to enhance student achievement.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate math with other subjects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Education (Master’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
