They are looking for a talented Head of Operations to lead their team for major events and festivals in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of venue and operations management to ensure seamless event execution.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Leadership: Coordinate all operational aspects, from logistics to on-site management.
• Venue Management: Ensure venues are prepared and maintained to meet event requirements.
• Logistics and Transportation: Manage transportation logistics for equipment, staff, and participants.
• Staffing and Coordination: Recruit, train, and deploy event staff effectively.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to the Deputy Project Director and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event or Operations Management.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in operations management for large-scale events.
• Skills: Experience in the UAE or GCC region and knowledge of local regulations.
