What This Job Involves
- Leading, growing and training the team of project managers to successfully execute client productions and campaigns
- Developing and presenting creative content strategy and partnership proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiating, up-selling and closing contracts with inbound clients
- Supporting sales team with pitching to and closing deals with outbound clients
- Executing and managing ongoing projects as well as ensuring all projects in the team run smoothly by collaborating with scriptwriters and video editors
- Strategising and launching new products and initiatives to grow Nas Studios' presence and revenue globally
- Weekly reporting of revenue and costs associated with ongoing projects to determine profitability
- Reviewing and approving video concepts, proposals, pricing details and feasibility of taking up new projects and deals
- Explore and review any other ad-hoc projects and opportunities that may open up new doors for Nas Studio

- 5 years of experience in account management, creative strategy and video productions
- Should understand social media content and be up to date with how social content is evolving
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and build trust with partners.
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Familiarity with Nas Daily content and brand is essential
- To love speed and efficiency and have the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines while delivering quality work
- Should be adaptable to changes, great at multitasking, solution-oriented and think outside the box
