Head Of Partnerships

 

Description:

We are looking for a passionate Global Head of Partnerships to structure and build out our partner eco system. You will be working closely with Sales and you are the linking pin between external partners and Net2Source. The way you fulfil your role is key to Net2Source’s success to increase our EOR and AOR footprint. Similar to Sales and Business Development, you are eager to hunt for - and build out our business. You will report directly to the Global COO.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop a growth strategy to build out our partner eco system.
  • Building and nurture strong relationships with Net2Source partners.
  • Develop new distribution channels to boost sales and increase Net2Source branding.
  • Set-up, negotiate and manage partner SLA’s.
  • Setting targets and chase revenue coming from partner eco system.
  • Building out your own partner sales funnel to ensure predictable forecasting.
  • Work with Sales and Business Development to align on goals and opportunities.

 

Requirements and skills

  • 5+ years proven working experience in sales or partner management.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Bringing a network is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HCM market: staffing & recruitment, AOR/EOR, Payroll.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build bridges between customer, partner and our internal organization.
  • Exceptional relation management skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
