Range of duties:
- Organization and control of the work of the sales department with leads;
- Increase in sales volumes;
- Work in CRM, monitoring the work of brokers, constantly updating, databases;
- induction of new managers within the department;
- Assistance in conducting telephone conversations with clients;
- Consulting and assistance to managers when working with clients and developers;
- Search for the optimal solution in the interests of the client;
- Control of the timely organization of the presentation of real estate from developers;
- Control of customer support at all stages of the transaction by brokers;
- Organizing and conducting training for managers.
