Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales cum Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities to expand our portfolio and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and performance benchmarks.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and institutional investors.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create effective campaigns and client engagement strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adapt strategies and offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, property expos, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Relevant experience in real estate sales and business development, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of UAE’s real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Established network of brokers, investors, and industry professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
