Head Of Sales Real Estate

Real Estate Company Villa Elegance Real Estate LLC is looking to hire the right Head of Sales with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead sales through personal effort and that of his own sales team and broker network.

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up the business from A to Z by developing their own strategy and designing the business plan with the different elements to achieve profitability. This will include but not limited to:

· Designing a customer service experience to maximize the “Sales through service” element.

· Manage the strategy by recruiting and developing a broker network and own sales team.

· Develop and implement a proper induction plan for new joiner.

· Set the right example by participating in selling efforts.

· Set, monitor and drive activities (sales KPI’s) to achieve sales targets in a healthy motivating environment for both brokers and own sales team.

· Use knowledge of the real estate industry to provide market insights and identify opportunities for growth.

· Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

· Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to sales operations.

· Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

Requirements:

· At least 8 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 5 years at managerial level.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

· Thorough understanding of UAE property market.

· Strong leadership and management skills.

· Knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends.

· Experience with sales techniques such as prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Preferably have Valid UAE Driver’s License/Own Vehicle
