Head Of Solution Design & Presales

In your role you will target the EMEA/Global market. The majority of the work is done remotely. Depending on where you live, you can work from our office locations across Europe.

 

Solution Design is a key part of the Sales and Service Delivery function Team and is responsible for supporting the Sales team in defining, designing and relaying the N2S EOR and AOR solutions to clients as well as clearly defining the solution for hand-off to implementations and/or Service Delivery.

 

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the deals being solutioned by Sales are deliverable.
  • Purpose of the role is to support, coach and guide the Sales team and liaise with other areas of the business to ensure uninterrupted delivery to our clients, ensuring the solutions sold are deliverable.
  • This person will support the Global Sales Team and will ensure that the solutions provided to our clients are delivered upon.
  • Critical importance of the role is to ensure smooth client transition from Sales into Service Delivery.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the handover to Onboarding/Client Services is complete and information pertaining the future value of the deal is accurately communicated, identifying customer pain points and reasons for choosing N2S.

 

Reporting to the Global Managing Director, you will focus on the more complex deal opportunities and implementations and be a mentor to our junior solution designers.

 

  • To be effective in this position, you must be highly organized, detail oriented with exceptional listening and problem-solving skills, and be able to coordinate and collaborate with our clients and their employees at all levels, and with all company departments.
  • You will need to have a detailed knowledge of N2S’s EOR and AOR solutions as well as knowledge of how these solutions are handled internally from an operational, legal and financial perspective.

 

Skills and experience we expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Business Administration preferred
  • 5+ experience working within EOR / AOR provider
  • Commercial perspective in order to actuate deals
  • Ability to say NO to Sales functions where solution being sold is not deliverable and Guide Sales process to alternative solutions
  • Able to work with clients to re-solution to ensure delivery is above client expectations
  • Detailed knowledge of EMEA employment solutions and HCM practices
  • Experience in staffing, Recruiting, MSP and Enterprise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word and Excel, Power Point, Visio and Teams
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and enhance systems
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Communication skills: Strong interpersonal skills (listening skills, problem solving, confidence, etc.), ability to multi-task and emphasis on customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Position requires meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor, along with the innovative ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients
  • Must be a team player with a sense of humor and a strong service-oriented attitude
  • Independent thinker and analytical problem solver; able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
