Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pastry and bakery teams across multiple outlets
• Innovate and create new, delectable menus that align with our brand’s vision
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Oversee daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring efficiency and excellence

• Proven experience in a similar role, managing multiple outlets and brands
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for pastry arts
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be based in the UAE and available for interview and food trial
