We are currently looking for dynamic, and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to

Move their carrier forward as a hostess.

Responsibilities

As a hostess you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their cafe visit

Will become a memorable dining experience whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as-

1, As a Hostess Answer phone calls and make reservations. Monitor restaurant activity for flow and seating. Seat guests based on availability and guest preferences

2- Perform all necessary task to service food and beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the cafe.

3- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way.

4- Acquire in depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and advise to guests

5- Consistently monitor quality of food and beverage being served

6- Practice good customer relations and attend customer complaints / queries satisfactorily.

7- Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate must have a passion for hospitality with a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in a fine dining restaurant or Cafe

You should ideally have a degree in hospitality or a vocational training in food and beverage with previous experience as a Hostess in a high volume restaurant. a good command of English and additional skill,

Like guest service and interpersonal are essentials.

As per our company procedure, the selected candidate have to complete a training program from 2 to

4 week with salary, and after that company will evaluate your performance and finalize your salary.
