Description:
On behalf of some hospitality clients , Hotel locations, UAE / KSA / QATAR /OMAN Candidates from Arab and European countries will be preferred by clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the hotel, including setting and achieving revenue and profitability goals
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, employees, and industry partners
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business and increase occupancy
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management, including experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the hospitality industry
