Hiring Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
- Lead and train housekeeping staff for high-quality work and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness standards through inspections and corrective actions.
- Budgeting and cost control for staffing, supplies, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping management experience in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
