HR & Admin Assistant
We need an experienced HR-Admin Assistant for a Group of Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE who can join immediately.
Requirement & Skills:
- Preferably MBA- HRM or Graduation along with HRM certification.
- Must be having minimum 5+ Years work experience as HR-Admin Assistant with 500+ Employees Company.
- Most importantly full Command on New Visa and Visa renewal processes.
- Excellent Knowledge in using all online UAE Govt related portals for applying new visas as well as renewal of visa/labor cards and licenses.
- Must experience and fully equipped with Admin operations knowledge including handling invoicing and petty cash.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of handling Medical, workmanship and motor insurances.
- Experience in Payroll will be a big plus during hiring.
- Must be proficient in MS Office suite specially excellent user of MS Excel.
- Good in decision making, Coordination and Team Management.
- Good in Pressure Handling.
- Excellent Analytical Skills.
- Good Communications Skills (Must in English and Hindi will be is plus).
- Person who are meeting above criteria and who can join immediately will be prefer for the said position.
