Hiring: HR & Admin Coordinator | UAE

We’re looking for an experienced HR & Admin Coordinator to manage admin tasks, HR duties, and document control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain document registers (LPO, Enquiry) & ensure ISO compliance
  • Handle clerical duties & office supplies
  • Assist with payroll, visa processing, and employee onboarding
  • Support Sales, Finance, and Purchase teams

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing 150+ employees (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & UAE visa processing
