Forsite Creative is looking for HR & Administration Assistant with at least 2-3 years UAE relevant experience who will be involved in a wide range of support for all HR related activities whilst assisting with any other administrative tasks that may be necessary and will be reporting directly to the office coordinator.

Job Role:
- Assists in managing the company’s full recruitment process, on-boarding, termination, resignation.
- Formulating learning & development and employee performance programs.
- Assists with knowledge queries related to labour and immigration processes.
- Developing and updating fair HR policies, company policies, employee FAQ and ensures employees will comply to it.
- Keeping a track record of all employees leave balances (Vacation, Sick, Unpaid, Maternity Leave, En Lieu).
- Forming and maintaining employee records using Zoho people.
- Actively support and resolve all employees HR related queries.
- Provide employee requests (e.g employment certificates, salary certificates, pay slips).
- Supports in visa and insurance applications.
- Assisting in all administrative tasks (ad-hoc) when needed.
- Assists in the day to day office operations.
- Assists the Office Coordinator in collating and reviewing of employee expenses on a monthly basis.
- Covering reception duties by welcoming guests, answering phone calls and directing it to the concerned person.
- Maintain confidentiality of internal documentation.
- Reporting directly and working closely with the Office coordinator.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Degree in Human Resource or any Business related field
- Having at least 2-3 years of UAE experience
- Working knowledge in Zoho People and Zoho Expense
- Well versed in MS Office Applications
- Prior experience in DMCC Free Zone but not a must
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Accuracy and details oriented
- Interpersonal with excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times.
