Description:

HR Administrator – Entry Level.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact with employees and management effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software or databases (e.g., HRIS systems) is a plus.
  • Accuracy in handling sensitive information, such as employee records and compliance documents.
  • Ability to address basic employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Working experience in HR field is an advantage but not mandatory.
