Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact with employees and management effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software or databases (e.g., HRIS systems) is a plus.
- Accuracy in handling sensitive information, such as employee records and compliance documents.
- Ability to address basic employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Working experience in HR field is an advantage but not mandatory.
